Enable ChatGPT Developer mode
Sign in to ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login. Turn on Developer mode.
Connect ChatGPT to your OneSales workspace so sellers can use available account research, buying-team intelligence, signals, positioning, and sales context in every conversation—without moving information between tools.
OneSales for ChatGPT is a custom plugin connection that gives ChatGPT access to the account intelligence available to the signed-in OneSales user. ChatGPT can retrieve account research, buying-team information, signals, positioning, and approved sales context. The OneSales tools described on this page do not send emails, update CRM records, or change OneSales account data by themselves.
Enable Developer mode once, create the OneSales plugin connection, then add it only to conversations that need account intelligence.
Sign in to ChatGPT, open Settings → Security and login. Turn on Developer mode.
Open ChatGPT Plugins, select +, then choose Create connection. Enter a user-facing name and description, then continue to Connection.
Use OneSales as the name. Paste the URL below into the MCP server URL field, including the /mcp path.
https://app.onesales.ai/mcpCopySelect Create connection. Review the discovered OneSales tools and metadata, then complete the OneSales sign-in flow for the intended workspace and select Authorize.
Start a new conversation, open the tools menu, add OneSales, and make sure it is enabled for that chat.
Ask: “What OneSales information can you access?” Confirm that ChatGPT can see the expected OneSales tools. If a tool or dataset is missing, check your OneSales access and workspace permissions before continuing.
Ask in plain language. When OneSales is enabled, ChatGPT can select the relevant intelligence available to your workspace. The quality and completeness of each answer depend on the underlying OneSales data.

The OneSales tools listed on this page provide intelligence and context to ChatGPT. They do not send emails, update CRM records, or change OneSales account data by themselves.
Review the requested access during authorisation. ChatGPT can use only the OneSales tools and data exposed to that user. Any action performed through another connected service remains subject to that service’s permissions and approval controls.
Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings. You need access to Developer mode and permission to create custom plugin connections. Managed-workspace administrators may restrict either capability.

Access follows the signed-in OneSales user. Confirm that you authorised the intended OneSales workspace and that the user has access to the relevant product, account, tool, and underlying data.
