Seamus Devine is the Founder and CEO of OneSales. A veteran GTM sales leader with over 20 years of experience, he has helped scale global enterprise software companies including TIBCO, BEA Systems, and Software AG. Seamus co-founded ClosePlan, acquired by People.ai, where he later led multiple GTM segments. He has also founded several SaaS ventures, including FilesConnect. At OneSales, he’s focused on redefining how modern sales teams leverage AI to drive growth and efficiency.
Originally from San Francisco and based in Prague, Seamus is passionate about AI’s impact on GTM strategy and enjoys travel, running, and family time.
Jiří is a visionary entrepreneur and technical leader with a passion for building high-performing engineering cultures. He co-founded and scaled the digital agency Blueberry.io from a two-person startup to a powerhouse of over 100 specialists, leading to a successful acquisition in 2019. A veteran of the European tech scene, Jiří has held pivotal leadership roles at Keyrock and BOOTIQ, where he specialized in re-engineering complex systems and setting bold technology strategies.
